The Painted Garden

Blush pink and blossoming; I welcome you here, For we have been silenced, It is that kind of year. Please lend an ear. A walk Or a talk Of a momentous sort; That enables a rounded experience. it is, with a merry step, We will sit and and wait For leadership. I have set aside a safe area to rest; In which the painted roses, Illuminate to bring a quest. For my studio overlooks, Fields and thoroughbreds, Forests and carpets of wildlife, Pleasure is seen, By sitting quietly And not making a scene

'The Painted Garden’ - Artist, Designer and Poet Amanda McGregor has hung art work, including some product designs, in an open space overlooking a field and woodland. You are invited to take your exercise or walk in a spatial environment with an art experience. During the week of the 19-24 May, it will be possible to walk through 3 Hammonds End, Bradleys Street, Checkendon RG8 0NH on the way to a woodland walk, to enjoy this experience - please text 07939 512837 to check weather influence, what is on and to let us know when you are coming, so we can be safe and encourage a very socially distant experience.
