This walk will be led by Greener Henley member Isabelle. We will be walking away from the rushed pace of daily life, to a place that is the furthest away from busy roads. As we seek access to the wildest areas we can find around the Harpsden valley, you will be invited to connect to the simple beauty of nature in your own personal way, putting your mind on pause and tuning in through your senses. You will be offered some suggestions to guide you on your journey to soothe your nervous system and relax your body as we explore the landscape and soundscape together. To book your free place on this relaxing walk go to https://therapeuticlandscapeswalk.eventbrite.co.uk
