Cranbrook Goes Nuts in May for One Day Only for Chelsea Fringe!
Join us once again in our beautiful market town in Kent where the High Street will be closed to traffic but open to celebrate gardens and gardening.
The first 50 families to arrive get a free goody bag and it is a goody! WATCH a huge spray-can artwork develop. ACTIVITIES mini-gardens, spray-can workshop, children’s craft tables, STREET STALLS plant nurseries, herbs, woodturner, artists, stickmaker, honey etc, LOCAL FOODS amazing fruit ice-cream, Brown Bread’s vast array of sweet and savoury temptations, MUSIC AND DANCE from Weald of Kent Morris Dancers and Headcorn Ukulele FOOD & DRINK sit on a hay bale to enjoy fabulous food from our Food Court plus a hog roast and Cranbrook’s pubs and cafés VISIT the brilliant working Union Windmill and Cranbrook Museum plus climb St Dunstan’s tower for fantastic views We welcomed 4000 people in 2019 – and aim to do that again in 2023! Join us and celebrate anything and everything that grows and what you can do with it – dead or alive!
