Bloom in Spitalfields

Our shady courtyard at Town House is getting a makeover for Chelsea Fringe by Susanna Grant! It gets virtually no sun at all, just a little on one wall early in the morning and so I contacted Susanna for help as she is the author of ‘Shade’ published by Bloom last year that’s full of helpful suggestions for shady London gardens. Susanna also runs Linda (hellotherelinda.com), which is London’s only specialist purveyor of plants specifically for shady gardens. And Susanna is local to Town House - just off Hackney Road.

The re-planted courtyard will be ready for the Fringe and you’ll be able to see it and meet Susanna and Bloom on the 20th May 2 – 4.30pm. You’ll also be able to ask everything you have always wanted to know about planting a shady London garden. And of course, copies of Shade will be available to buy here. No booking required
