Meditation and Mindfulness in London's Secret Garden
Once again, one of London’s most inspiring Gardens, the Inner Temple Garden will be opening its historic gates for the return of the Chelsea Fringe Festival.
On Sunday 22nd May, the Garden will host Meditation and Mindfulness in London’s secret garden.
This is a rare opportunity for the public to come to the Garden on a weekend, to experience its early-summer exuberance and rare plant collection. A sea of different foxglove varieties within the perennial borders provide a breathtaking display.
Take part in guided meditation sessions and gong baths led by Nick Stolerman; wellbeing flower-specimen drawing; a charity plant stall and more. There will also be coffee and pastries available on the day.
Come along and be uplifted by the beauty of the Garden. Bring a blanket and a picnic, or just relax on one of the deckchairs on the lawn. Arrive early to make the most of this special opening.
Entry is free.
