A free exhibition of paintings and drawings inspired by a small urban front garden. Artist Maggie Learmonth laments the loss of so many of these small spaces and reflects on what could happen if all front gardens had at least a green hedge. At a time when movement was restricted, she sat at her front window and began to draw what she saw. This evolved into a series of fine ink drawing and colourful oil paintings. Meet the artist (/gardener) to talk about art, gardens, and soil or try your hand at some line drawings: she will be there Saturday and Sunday and is looking forward to some good conversations.

This exhibition follows 'Draw your own' (2020), the artist's highly acclaimed exhibition about allotments.

CavePimlico is a quirky and unique venue, with its art gallery, up-cycling business and tea wagon (a re-purposed gypsy caravan) in the yard. https://www.cavepimlico.co.uk.
