A botanist, a farmer and a gardener look around Batù’s vegetable garden.
A botanist (Professor Riccardo Motti, Director of Portici Botanical Gardens) a gardener (Giovanni Masucci, founder of Batù Srl ) and a local farmer meet in a kitchen garden and realize they have a lot to talk about. Originally, fruits and vegetables were collected from the wild by hunter-gatherers and entered cultivation just a “few” years ago.
